At this time, we only ship domestically throughout the U.S. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

 

Can you ship to a P.O Box?

We do ship to P.O. box addresses. 

 

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders that are $50 USD and over.

 

When is my order shipping? 

We're committed to getting your order out the door as quickly as possible. Typically, orders ship within 24-48 hours of being placed, Monday through Friday. If you order on the weekend, your order will be sent out on the next business day. While we're unable to offer rush shipping at this time, we'll still do our very best to get your order to you in a timely manner!

We want to make sure that your order arrives safely and securely, so please double-check that all shipping information is accurate before you submit your order. Unfortunately, we can't take responsibility for any packages that are lost or stolen once they've been shipped.

 

My order arrived damaged!

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged package, we kindly request that you inform us within 24 hours of receiving it. To help us file a claim with the shipping carrier, please send us photos of the damage.

 

ORDER INFORMATION

Can I cancel or change my order after it’s been placed?

We want to ensure that you have the best experience possible when placing an order with us. If you happen to need to make any changes or cancel your order, we kindly ask that you reach out to us via email within 12 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, after this time frame, we won't be able to make any modifications to your order.

 

Where is my order?

We appreciate your order and want to keep you in the loop every step of the way! When your package is in transit, we'll send you a separate email with tracking information so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep. Keep in mind that the estimated delivery date may change once the carrier scans your package.

We want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase, so if you haven't received any updates on your package after 48 hours, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Our customer service team is always here to help you and answer any questions you may have.



RETURNS/EXCHANGES

As much as we would love to accept returns or exchanges, we regret to inform you that due to the nature of our items, we are unable to do so. Our perfumes and candles are final sale.

However, we understand that purchasing fragrance online can be a challenge. That's why we encourage you to try our 2ml samples before committing to a full-size product. Each sample contains up to 35+ sprays, giving you ample opportunities to experience the scent on your skin. It's important to note that perfume can smell different on each person since scent is subjective.

What are your products made out of?

Our products are truly one-of-a-kind mixed media creations that are carefully crafted with a selection of premium absolutes, essential oils, safe synthetic molecules, attars, and resins. 

Our candles are created with ethically sourced coconut, and beeswax, ensuring a long-lasting and fragrant burn. Rest assured, we are committed to being cruelty-free, and our suppliers share the same values as us. We do not test any of our products on animals because we believe in the importance of ethical and responsible practices.

We take pride in creating each and every item with the utmost care and attention to detail to ensure that you receive a truly exceptional experience.

 

How should I store my candle/perfumes? When will they ever go bad or expire?

To ensure that your perfumes maintain their scent for as long as possible, it's important to store them in a cool and dark area that's away from direct sunlight and extreme heat sources. With proper storage and care, you can enjoy the fragrance of your alcohol-based perfumes for many years to come, even up to a decade!

As for candle fragrances, you'll be pleased to know that they can last indefinitely in their vessels.

 

How do I burn my candle correctly?

To get the most out of your candle and ensure a great burn every time, we recommend trimming the wick to 1/4" before or after each use. Let the candle burn for up to 3 hours, or until the wax has fully melted and formed a pool. This will help prevent tunneling and ensure an even burn.

Remember to safeguard the candle's placement surface and keep it away from drafts. To maintain safety, avoid burning for more than four hours consecutively and never leave your candle unattended.

We also suggest not burning the candle when there is less than 1/4" of wax left at the base to avoid any issues. Illuminate your space responsibly!

 

My candle is done! Can I recycle the vessel?

You can remove the last of the remaining wax and reuse the vessel as you please. It is 100% recyclable glass.

To remove the remaining wax, we suggest using the freezer method. Just pop the candle in the freezer until the wax hardens, then carefully chip it out with a spoon. Be sure to remove the wick holder as well. After that, use a cloth to wipe the inside of the jar clean and give it a hand wash, rinse, and dry.
